General

• I DO NOT use AI
• Every art will have my watermark
• I can post arts on social media (important: if you dont want that the art will be posted, you have to let me know that before)
• no refunds
• no discounts

Payment

100% prepayment
• You can pay via Boosty , Hipolink, PayPal, Lavatop

Process

• Deadline from 1 week to 4 months, it depends of:
- type of art (headshot\halfbody etc.)
- complexity of the art
- my health and etc.• If you want the art for a certain date, i can finish the art prior to that date for extra payment
• Normally, from the work stages I send only sketch, one or two wip's and final result, but if you want to see more wip's, let me know that before i start to work
• You'll get the final Art in PNG format, with and without the background (if you ordered the art with background)
• Also the finished art will be send with Transparent background only if i got asked for it

Extra payment

  • background - extra price need to be discussed

  • art of character by description + from 50% to 100%

  • character with a lot of details + from 10$ to 100$

  • accelerated deadline + from 50$ to 150$

  • commercial use +100%

  • important: i will not ask for extra payment only if i decided to add something on my initiative (background and etc.)

Rights to the image

  • I can use the art in any way beside commercial

  • You can use the art in any way beside commercial (exception - you paid for it)

  • dont remove and cut my watermark from the art

  • You are not allowed to call yourself the author of the Art

when you take a order, you automatically agree to my terms of service
